Payment Terms

• A 50% advance deposit is required upon placing a custom-made order. The remaining 50% balance must be paid before collection or delivery.
• Ready-made items require full payment in advance and are not eligible for return or exchange.
• All payments made for custom-made items are non-refundable once the order has been confirmed.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once tailoring or production has commenced.
• Any changes to a custom-made order requested within 24 hours of order confirmation may be accommodated, subject to approval. Any changes requested after 24 hours will be subject to additional charges.

Shipping

• The customer must collect the order within one (1) month from the date it is ready for collection. Betsa Amiri will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or deterioration of the items if they are not collected within this period.
• Free delivery is available within the UAE.
• International shipping charges vary depending on the destination and are payable by the customer.
• All products are carefully inspected and securely packaged before being handed over to the shipping provider.
• Once the shipment has been handed over to the shipping provider, Betsa Amiri shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delays that occur during transit.
• Betsa Amiri does not accept responsibility for any damage, defects, or issues reported after the customer has collected the items.

Force Majeure

Betsa Amiri shall not be held responsible for any delay in production or delivery resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, flight or shipping delays, customs clearance delays, pandemics, or any other force majeure event. In such cases, the estimated delivery timeline may be reasonably extended without any liability on the part of Betsa Amiri.

Alterations

• Any alterations requested beyond the originally agreed modifications may be subject to additional charges.

Turnaround Time

• The estimated completion and delivery time will be provided when the order is placed.
• If delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be informed as soon as possible, and the estimated completion date will be updated accordingly.
